SAMPLING
Our technicians and production experts manage the sampling process with great care. Our main goal is to create the right sample for an uniterrrupted production process. As a result of giving service to high-end customers for a long time, our sample team has adapted to working with different fabric qualities which help us to diversify our product range.
CUTTING
The cutting process which is the beginning of production is a step that requires great care. We are controlling each step very carefully,we are separating the defective parts .This is the aim to minimize the final product wastage.This approach helps to reduce energy consumption and prevents unnecessary costs.
SEWING
We have a flexible production structure thanks to our internal and external sewing lines. We have the flexibility to produce with a wide range of fabrics using different sewing lines.
WASHING
In the field where we operate in denim production, we take into account the importance of water consumption. We are aware of this responsibility, we select the supply chain for washing processes according to sustainability criteria and try to adapt new innovations to contribute to the EIM scores of businesses. In addition to the current demands of our customers we provide services by offering sustainable options with different washing details.
FINISHING
We manage our production processes with our important and carefully principles and it help to our factory to minimize the risk of defaults . After the sewing process is finished the products are checked by our quality control team using the AQL reporting technique. All the inline and final control reports are shared with our customers and recorded also in to our online system.
